Sebi tweaks investor charter for investment advisers, research analysts to boost financial literacy

SEBI has updated the investor charter for investment advisors and research analysts to boost financial inclusion and literacy, incorporating the ODR platform and SCORES 2.0. The revised charter details services, investor rights and responsibilities, and grievance redressal mechanisms. Advisors and analysts must prominently display the charter and disclose complaint data to enhance transparency.
